Exodus 31:1-4

 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, 3 and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship, 4 to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze,

After the Lord filled Bezalel with the spirit of God, skill, ability and knowledge in all kind of crafts to make artistic designs with all sort of materials came upon him. The reason for giving them skill and ability in craftmanship is because that was their occupation.

Whether you are a guitarist, a fashion designer, an engineer, a teacher e.t.c.
By the time the Holy Spirit comes down upon you and fills you, you will have unlimited access to numerous kinds of improvisation and knowledge that men have never heard of or seen. Then you become the best in what you do.
